Participants must book at the Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (Castiglione della Pescaia – Grosseto – Tuscany, Italy), which is the venue of ACDL, where Hotel Rooms and Apartments are available.
The Accommodation Booking Form will be sent by email to all participants who have already registered for ACDL 2026.
To book your accommodation please complete the booking form and return it by e-mail as soon as completed or within Thursday April 23, 2026 to: booking.events@rivadelsole.it. Accommodation is based on “first-come-first served” and subject to availability.
For privacy reasons, the Hotel cannot match people. If you have someone (only other participants!) to share the apartment/room with, please send to the Hotel (booking.events@rivadelsole.it) the name, surname and email address and all the booking forms at the same time.
Requests for Accompanying Persons will be not considered. The Hotel will check the names of the Accepted Students to Confirm the Booking.

In small buildings of four apartments spread over two levels, this type of apartment is composed of a kitchen, a twin bedroom and a living room with a single sofa-bed and an extra bed. The apartments are equipped with ceiling fans (no air conditioning). High speed Wi-Fi connection (2,5 Gb) – guaranteed only in common areas.
