We have enough room to accommodate the first 250 participants. So don’t wait and register!

Registration is based on first-come-first served.

Course Registration and Fees

  • Early Registration Fee (by February 23, 2026): € 580
  • Late Registration Fee (from February 24, 2026): € 630

The Registration Fees cover:

  • all course sessions,
  • poster/oral presentations,
  • tutorials,
  • PayPal/Bank service, VAT,
  • all the scientific activities.

Registration and Payment
Fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information on the attending person; it is also possible to specify a different paying person/Institution.

Only credit card payment is allowed. The transaction is managed by PayPal. It is not compulsory to got a PayPal account: indeed it is also possible to directly typewrite the details of any accepted card choosing the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (PayPal Guest Checkout).

You will receive the registration and payment receipts by email upon completion of the payment process (usually few minutes). No email is sent if the payment is cancelled or uncompleted.

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of registration will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After 30 days of registration no refunds will be given. Furthermore, for all participants who register from March 9, 2026, the last day to request a refund is April 9, 2026, after April 9 no refunds will be given. All reimbursements are processed 4-8 weeks after the Course.

2. Participants (who have registered and paid) for ACDL 2026 who do not make a reservation at Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (the Course Venue) will be automatically cancelled from registration and participation in ACDL 2026. The applicant will receive a partial refund or no refund at all according to the rules described in point 1. (above described) of the Cancellation Policy.

3. If we find registrations that do not meet the course’s target audience (for example, Associate Professors, Full Professors or any Senior Profile) we will immediately proceed to cancel the registration and the corresponding accommodation at Riva del Sole. The applicant will receive a partial refund or no refund at all according to the rules described in point 1. (above described) of the Cancellation Policy.

4. Requests for Accompanying Persons will be not considered. The Hotel will check the names of the Accepted Students to Confirm the Booking.
